Yes — and almost every first-time client tells us it's far more comfortable than they expected. Our whole-body cryotherapy uses electric cooling (no nitrogen gas), which is the safest method available. Sessions last just 2–3 minutes, your head stays out of the chamber the whole time, and a staff member is right there with you. Most people walk out feeling energized, clear-headed, and noticeably better than when they walked in.
